Our one-of-a-kind Boomerang Buses can hold up to 40 riders! They are equipped with U-shaped seating, dancing poles, hardwood floors, surround sound and they are all hand-painted with fun party themes.

Many riders inquire about having a private party on the Boomerang before finding out that is it often cheaper, easier, and more fun to just have everyone in their group hop on one of our regularly scheduled tours.
Due to this, if you think you’ll have a group of less than 30 people, that might be the way to go for you too. You can knock out the headache of party planning and bus rentals by sending your friends to our website and asking them to sign up and hop on!
Whatever your group size or preferences may be, please read these questions and solutions below. If your questions are still unanswered, please contact us so we can help!
1) You would like to have a party on board the Boomerang and engage in one of our regular tours. What steps should you take to make this happen?
Once you’ve chosen which night you want to celebrate on board the Boomerang, the easiest approach is to create an Evite or an email to send out to all of your friends getting them excited about the Boomerang Party Bus (many people cut and paste straight from our ticketing page or website). Include a link to our online calendar of events (www.zerve.com/Boomerang/Calendar), the date you are having your party, and a note asking them all to reference your party when they purchase their tickets. If you then send us an email (info@ridetheboomerang.com), we can keep you posted on your guest list & if the bus is starting to get full. You can also email us about any bar or club requests that you may have, or anything else that comes up.
2) You would like to have a party on the Boomerang and engage in one of our regular tours, BUT your group wants to be the only ones on the bus. What should you do?
The best way to guarantee a private bus for just your group is to purchase 30 tickets. You should contact us first at info@ridetheboomerang.com to double check our availability. Once you have the green light, you would then visit our ticketing page to purchase 30 tickets. Once you purchase the 30 tickets, the Boomerang will be closed off to the general public for just your group. It is that simple! Since the bus holds 40 people, you would be receiving 10 tickets for free -- which is a savings of over $330.00!
3) You would like to have a party on the Boomerang and engage in one of our regular tours. Your group wants to be the only ones on the bus, BUT you don’t want to put your credit card down to purchase 30 tickets. Can you still have a private bus?
If 40 people purchase tickets for your party, then your group will be the only ones on the Boomerang Bus. If you contact us via email, we can keep you posted on who has signed up in your group as your friends start booking.
4) You would like to have a party on the Boomerang and engage in one of our regular tours. You don’t necessarily want a private tour, but all of your friends are procrastinators and you fear that the bus will sell out before they all buy their tickets. What should you do?
No problem! Contact us at info@ridetheboomerang.com and fill us in on when you want to have your party and how many people you are expecting. We will continue to keep you posted on who has signed up in your group and how many tickets are left. We encourage you to email us for updates too. If you contact us in advance, we can hold up to 20 tickets for you. But keep in mind that any tickets on hold will be released up to 14 days before any event.
5) The tours look like a blast, but you think you would like to rent a Boomerang Party Bus and do your own thing. Is this an option?
Yes! Due to the popularity of our tours, our private bus rentals are usually only available from Sunday – Thursday. However, feel free to contact us to see if we have a bus available on a Friday or Saturday. By renting a Boomerang, you have complete control on where you will go with the bus. This is not a Boomerang-conducted tour as you are renting the Boomerang Bus like you would a limo.

To reserve a private bus rental and to receive an hourly rate quote, please email us at info@ridetheboomerang.com and let us know when you would like the Boomerang, where would like to take it, for how many hours, and about how many people you will have on board.
We will get back to you with a quote and whether we have the availability on that specific date.
We would then need a signed terms and conditions (contract) from you, as well as a 25% non-refundable deposit via credit card. This deposit becomes 100% non-refundable 48 hours prior to the trip and the remaining balance is due the day of your event. We would also need a basic itinerary at least 2 days prior to the event so we can instruct our driver on where you are heading.
Keep in mind that we do have a 4-hour minimum during the week and a 5-hour minimum on the weekends.
